This past weekend, Mr. Howes along with 5 LFMA students travelled back east to Oakvile Ontario to attend the First Inaugural International Instructors Course under First Grandmaster Rhee Ki Ha. The course was 3 days long and was attended by ITF-TAO Instructors and students from all over North America. See below for photos from the event.

LFMA will be reopening this evening with regular classes, this is also the day that our New Years Promotion Starts - $99 for 2 months including a free uniform for all of our martial arts programs (new members only).
